NEVER USE BOLT FOOD THEY'RE ****MERS

Yesterday the 14th November 2023 I ordered Nandos via Bolt food in Cpt CBD. I received a message confirming food has been delivered and nothing has been delivered. I called the driver by the name of Ir Akbar Junior, several times up until his phone went on voicemail. I reported the matter via the app, someone by the name of John said to me. I am lying the order was delivered to me. I asked them to call the driver they never responded. I even tried their Facebook page without luck. Case number is *** Please help.
