NEVER USE BOLT AGAIN OPT FOR UBER PLEASE!!!!!

I was on a trip from Rustenburg Mall to Biblo Plaza Rustenburg at 18h12 drop-off was at 18h20. I happen to leave my brand new towel which is green in color bought at Sheet Street, tried to contact the driver multiple times but he ignored me as I communicated with him to inform him about my towel. This is unacceptable, to my surprise you're on a bolt and drivers take home clients' items. Well, this was the last time using Bolt, and I'd suggest that people should never use Bolt again, ill rather opt for Uber they are professional. We are not valued by clients
