Never use Bolt

Ordered a Bolt to drop a laptop off, paid the driver. Then 3 minutes into the trip the driver cancelled the trip, disappearing with my laptop. Bolts help/customer care is useless. The drivers name is Lunga, he drives a Ford Eco Sport.
