NEVER USE BOLT!!!!

My daughter forgot the house keys in one of the drivers vehicles, the driver is extremely rude and refuses to meet to return our house keys!! We had to get a locksmith to open the doors for us last night! I contacted bolt and they have been extremely useless in assisting me! I use this service at least 3 times a week and this is extremely dissapointing! Driver is Orateng VW Polo JL58BYGP! He should not deal with customers at all! PLEASE GET MY HOUSE KEYS BACK BOLT!!! THIS MAN CAN ENTER OUR HOUSE AND WE WONT EVEN KNOW IT! EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!
