My laundry lady requested a bolt package on Monday evening to send to me, after an hour i asked her why is the bolt not here, she told me it should have een there as the ride was only 16min, when we tried calling him the fone was blocked still is, I communicated with bolt support on the very same Monday evening, till today nothing has happened no follow up nothing, the driver has vanished with my laundry, this is not safe BOLT is unsafe
