My cooler box was ****** by a bolt driver

My cooler box was ****** this saturday by a bolt driver. We drove from Dobsonville to Zondi Soweto. I put the cooler box as soon as we got into the car drove to the destination. Hardly 5 minutes after we got off we called the driver to let him know. He ignored us after we told him about the cooler box. The agents from bolt chat services, firstly say that they ask consent to give the driver my details for the drop off, and I must compensate him for his efforts now they say that the driver says he didn't see it. a 5 minutes window [period from when we where in the car to drop off and all of a sudden the cooler box disappears. Amidst the negative publicity I gave bolt a chance this weekend. I am starting to believe that they employ people who ***** from customers.
