My children were abused by the driver

I requested a ride for my two children, the driver accepted and when my two children got in car he was rude to them. He asked if this was a cash or card payment and when they said they didn't know because it's their parents who requested he shouted at them, said they are stupid how can they not know. He then called me, I couldn't answer the call on the app so I called my children and spoke to him. He shouted at me, did not allow me to explain my self even when I was pleading with him to bring my kids home and I will pay in cash. While all this was happening I was at home, my children were terrified and alone with him in the car - he cancelled the ride and kicked my children out of the car. My children were left on the side of the road, traumatized and I was humiliated in front of my children just because the ride was a card payment not a cash payment.

You must never treat your customers like this, you should not allow people like him to operate in your business. I am going to lay ******** charges against the company because my children's rights were violated.
