My acc debited even tho the driver cancelled the trip. R175 isnt small chamge i need my money

Appalling service no proper customer care to actually resolve a complaint. I was debited twice in a space of 5 mims R175 due to an idiot illiterate driver not being able to follow driving instructions on the app. I keep getting told it was preautharization and its been reversed bt still im waiting for my money. I need this resolved i cant even report the driver
