Musa - from Bolt /Taxify

Musa from Bolt / Taxify went and picked up a p****l from my daughter' s house on the 14th of June 2021 . On 15th when my daughter phoned him that the person who baught the item's money did not go through. Musa told her that she needs to pay R650 then he will return it . On payment of the money he did not answer his phone and never returned it . On the 16th June 2021 he requested another R600 . When I spoke to him I told him that this is not fair . He said that was an instruction from his manager . With this I would say that if they can do it this way then every one needs to be carefull to use Bolt ( Taxify ) . How many people were done-in in this way . Be carefull to use this people for your stuff .
