MUKONI BOLT DRIVER STOLE PHONE

Hi lost my phone in my last Bolt trip, worse part I was travelling with my 2 year old daughter. I tried calling my phone a few minutes later but it was switched off, the driver Mukoni drives a red polo Vivo took it. Bolt claims that the driver didn’t see any phone and they cannot assist. I’m sending out a warning to Bolt users please be cautious when using this service, the company clearly does not do ******** checks and they might as well be hiring ******s and *******. THINK 10 times when using Bolt they will not help you when you are in trouble!!!
