Report of Incomplete Refund from Bolt Driver

I hope this message reaches you well. I would like to report an issue involving one of your drivers.

A while ago, I mistakenly sent money to the wrong account, which belongs to one of your Bolt drivers. I managed to get in contact with him using his phone number, and he confirmed the mistake. He has since returned half of the money, but despite my repeated requests, he has not refunded the remaining amount.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and recovering the rest of the funds. Please let me know the steps I should take to ensure that this issue is addressed.
