Money ***** by driver

This morning we requested a ride to take us home. the driver called Fhumulani accepted the ride. Then he had the nerve to not to even come to the pick up point, then he said on the app that we were picked up and then ended the trip the same time and they still charged me for the ride! This is so unprofessional.
