Money that was deducted from my account without taking the ride

I requested a ride ,when the driver arrived. On the app it was showing Volkswagen polo ,but what arrived was a Nissan . I cancelled the ride ,but you guys deducted my acc R352 . I am very ****ed at this point I am even shaking while typing this . I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
