MONEY NOT RETURNED

I requested a trip on 04 May 2021 and the price was R42.00 but i was billed R84.00 yet even at the end of the trip the price was still R42.00, i enquired bolt about this and they said the money will be returned within 3-10 day 1. I still havent received my money back yet when i try to request a ride using card payment it says im blocked though they are the ones who owe me. 2. If they take double the price and say they will return it in 3-10 days how do they expect me to go by for the rest of the month without my money? Should i be the one who goes around loaning money just so i could go by?

Really bolt has been a disappointment lately.
