Money deducted from card before trip happened

I'm not happy I was charged from my bank account by bolt before the trip happened I don't understand why take so much money from my account for a trip less that 20 Rands. This is ******* very unprofessional n I feel it's a *******.People should not allow this company to use their bank details they are **********
