Mistreating drivers/partners

Unfair conduct towards me other accounts are linked within a day 24H asked to bolt on the 28 of nov to link me till today im waiting its the 03 of Dec. The waiting time to be linked its 72Hours as bolt says but why am i being kept for long. the renter repossessed the car from me cause bolt delayed for about 3weeks just to link me within their provided time frame. The same car to prove to me that im mistreated was given another driver it requested to be linked on 30 of Nov 22 on the 01 of Dec 22 the car was linked successfully. I questioned this they said they work on a queue but how did an application that came on the 30 of Nov got approved before me. They just ignored me still with no shame of helping me i have proof on this. I stressed my point on how am i affected, failing to provide for my health and family still it was just another case. I lost hope on their support its just there to frustrate you instead of helping, you cant even follow up you keep starting the same conversation over over. I see otherwise to depend on it as a worker. Theres no fair conduct and a support structure meant to really help.
