Missing phone

I am also very disappointed with Bolt driver and the complant stuff, I also have complained 3 times to Bolt SA about my phone that was left in the car and they requested details about the ride and inform me that they will contact the driver but everytime when ask about anyfeed back ,they tell me the driver has not responded but they should have the drivers detail to contact him and they refuse with the drivers contact details
