Worst to use. After waiting over 30 minutes for a driver who claimed to be on his way but was stationary the whole time, I was charged R19 for cancelling even though it wasn’t my fault. To make things even worse, my money wasn’t transferred back immediately after cancelling the trip. That being said, I couldn’t request again to make it to my appointment.
