The driver Matthew Zwelakhe Fungile cancelled the ride and claimed a cancellation fee, I was at his car when I saw that no one was inside it then started to chat to him to check his whereabouts and told him I'm right at his car then he just cancelled the ride no even explanation of why he decided to cancel and claim cancellation fee I was there and he was not. I am starting to think this bolt drivers are ****ming us just cancelling rides to make quick cash on cancellation fee, this is not right.
