On the 17th of July I requested a ride, I was late I waited for the driver and he passed me, I cacelled the request and was charged R19 which is fine when I queried about the rest of my balance they told me 1-14 days till today iv never received my refund, again on the 24th of September I requested a ride the driver came when we were about to go he told me he wanted cash I told him that I used the card and money is already deducted, he insisted that he wants cash he does not have petrol I asked him why he accepted my request then he said it accepted automatically and told me to get off the car, I logged another complaint and still told about the 1-14 days which never comes. This company does not value their Clients, they let their drivers get away with mistreating customers. The are ****mers.
