****med R172 by bolt

On saturday 07 December I made a ride from Canal walk Century City to Parklands and they charged me R142 from my bank , I requested for a six seater car. When the driver arrived indicated that we had luggages and he will not be able to take us. I need to cancel the ride from my side and I did that and got charged R30 cancelation fee which is not afir because the driver advised me to cancel. They now owing me R172 when I contact bolt they keep giving me different authorization codes and indicating that I must contact my bank because they reversed the money from their side. I did contact my bank today and they say there is no reversal done by bolt and they can only see the money that went off to bolt and no reversal.When i contact bolt today they gave me a different authorization code and telling me to contact my bank again.
