On Monday 3rd of April 2023. We requested *Koketso Collins* who's driving *WHITE VOLKSWAGEN POLO SEDAN JY 80 DK GP* from *Diepsloot* to *Fourways* Monday and paid with card. At first he says he doesn't take discount trips I must pay full price we kept quiet. He said is going to transfer us to another car... He said borrow me your phone to see something, only to find out he's coping or checking my details then he said okay it's fine.

The following day Tuesday 4th of April 2023 @ 10:06 money out on my account the trip was requested with my card details while I'm at work trip. Trip from Lanseria to Fourways. I immediately phoned him. He declined my calls. I sent text he says he's with clients he won't speak now no calls I must send texts...bi waited an hour I phoned him with numbers he declined my calls. Later on he says I must wait and he will get cash trip and he will refund me. I asked him when will be that "he said to me you know what contact Bolt that is not my problem"

Even today haven't received my money he blocked me everywhere. He charged me *R179.00*
