****med by Bolt SA, took money from my card

My bolt over charged me and I'm not getting the help that I need from support chats. A 9 minute trip that I take almost everyday was supposed to be R41, instead I was charged R255. Imagine my shock when I got the bank notification an hour after my trip had ended. Bolt offered to refund me with credit for Bolt. Firstly I won't be using Bolt and I had plans for the money that was ****** from me. I have tried Bolt support with no luck, this is my last resort.
