****med by Bolt – R500 Taken Without Using the Service!

No matter how desperate you are. DO NOT USE BOLT. I am absolutely disgusted with Bolt! Few months back R500 was deducted from my account even though I never used their service. I did not request a ride, nor did I authorize any payment to Bolt, yet they still took my money. I went to the bank few months back, got my details changed and BOLT is still trying to take out money from my account yet again with 2 different amounts. To make matters worse, there has been NO response from their support team despite multiple attempts to contact them. This is blatant theft. How can a company operate this way and expect people to trust them? I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Bolt. This is a **** and I’m not the only one who had this kind of experience.
