On Tuesday the 05 November 2024, my wife requested a Bold ride and Pikup point was at Ferndale at 23;57pm and dropoff at Vogelstruisfontein. The Bold driver by the Name of Studen Tshudi accepted the request which was a debit order from my bank account, which was indeed debited, when the driver arrived at the Pikup point he then told my wife that he doesn't have the fuel to her to the drop off, so he said he need a cash payment so he can pour fuel, and my wife didn't have cash at that point and R140.00 was already being debited from my account. Then the driver said he will cancel the ride and my funds will be returned to my account in less than 10 minutes, we waited for the funds to be reversed but it has not yet reversed back to my account. The driver's intention was purely to **** my wife in a sense that he get paid for a ride that he didn't complete. I am pleading with Bold SA to deal with this particular driver accordingly and kindly reverse my funds ( R140.00 ) back to my account. The drivers details are as follow : Name : Studen Tshudi, Vehicle Details : Nissan Almera , Reg Number : FF 65 MM GP.
