Last night I requested a ride at carnival city .. when the bolt "arrived" they told me they were at the main entrance by the boom gates .. when I arrived at the boom gates there wasn't a bolt .. I used eft to pay them .. the driver waited a little and then canceled the ride .. they kept the amount I paid after they told they are going to keep a certain amount for the driver because he "waited" for me .. i then again ordered another Uber, paid again and the same thing happened again .. i waited at the main entrance at the boom gate but there was no driver .. they kept the money again .. it seems to me that they are just saying that they are there but not really being where they say they are and just collecting money every time !!!!
