On the 25 September 2024 I requested for a trip to Bedfordview they charged me R161 and deducted my account and hen added Morning side and they charged R203 for both trips but they did not refund the R161. They took both R161 and R203. I've been complaining since 25 September they're not helpful at all. I want my R161.

They charged me twice for my trips.
