MASSIVE **** _ BUNCH OF *******!!!!!

It has been 3 weeks with No communication, No refund of my money, whatsoever. We placed our order for food, money was deducted from my account; waited almost 4 hours and was told by the courier that he ran out of petrol, I need to call the Restuarant and arrange for someone else to collect my order; long story short - food was actually collected by the driver and he went home with it. I have contacted Bolt, still awaiting a response from "Operations" ... and still nothing. I see they don't bother responding on Hello Peter... sad because we will see just how quickly they respond to me and send my refund when I contact the Ombudsman and sort these ******* OUT..... Which I'm going to do RIGHT NOW. BUNCH OF IDIOTS!!!! THEIVES!!!!!!!
