****** Luggage & Unhelpful Customer Support

My luggage from OR Tambo didn't arrive home. Date 20 Sep 2025, driver Tumelo, car Suzuki Swift, reg LK14LWGP. Bolt Support refuse to assist by even contacting their driver as the ride was booked from another app and not mine. It was my husband who was leaving for overseas.
