Lost wallet

On the 3rd of September at about 2:00 at requested a ride from president hyper to kagiso I lost my wallet in the car, I contacted the driver and he said I need to request a ride to get my wallet back, till today I haven't found my wallet I contacted customer service and they say they will notify me once they can contact the driver my wallet contains personal items which I'm scared that *****ulent activities might happen on it and bolt won't even call the driver to let him know that I need my wallet back...
