Lost property in a Bolt vehicle

I am frequent user of bolt/taxify cabs. Three weeks or so ago, i forgot my cell phone, which i had used to request in tge cab. I noticed almost instantly after the driver had dropped us of. I tgen send a message with tge drivers details to Bolt Support. The response i received was as follows: "we have contacted tge driver. Hesays you did not leave your phine in his care. You probably forgot it where you were before your boarded his cab". This was completely improbable given tgat i used tge same cell phone to request and identify his car. Bolt support then advised me to open a case at tge police station, provide them with the case number and name of the investigating officer. That is the attitude that t i have a problem with, relinquishing their responsibilities. Bolt Support then sent me the drivers number. My undestanding was tgat as the umbrella organization, Bolt was obligated to trace my phone and bring it back. Their hands off attutude has left be with no joy at all. Thank
