lost phone in taxify cab

guys I lost my phone in my last taxify cab I took I was not feeling well so I went home when he drop me and left I realized I left my phone in his cab I log in to my account by other hopping to get his history it was blank so I couldn't call him to check on their website they say I have 24 hours to call the driver. I need my phone back please help what must I do.
