Lost Phone in a Bolt - Driver confirmed he found it but decided to keep it!

On Saturday 19th June night I requested a ride to a nearby shopping centre. I unfortunately lost my phone in the taxi. My friend called my phone an hour or 2 later, and the driver answered and informed my friend that he found the phone and he kept it safe, and will drop it off the following day. 2 days later he still hasn't and he is now avoiding my calls. I sent an email to Bolt and they said they will get a hold of him, which they still haven't. This is disgusting to think that somebody can just take something that doesn't belong to him, just like that. Clearly, Bold doesn't also care that they do business with *********. Because taking what doesn't belong to you, knowingly, is a crime!

I am beyond disgusted Bolt!!!!
