Lost Phone

I requested a bolt on Saturday and accidently forgot my samsung a13 in the bolt, the driver is not answering the phone, im bust tracking my phone and he is using it in the Soweto area, I have reported him on their facebook platform as well as their Instagram and no one has come back to me regarding this matter, the drivers name is Nyimpi Walter
