Lost phone

Good day,

My friend requested a ride for us on Saturday morning and o left my phone in the car.

We are unable to get assistance from anyone regarding this matter for a while now.

Complains have been sent and I have a case number from bolt.

I'd like to know what's been happening with the matter.
