Lost Phone Bolt

Hi My phone fell out in the Bolt driver's car last night I was sitting in front, but I can not get hold of the drive as his phone is off, his name is Jones he drop us off at 10:30pm in Pierre Van Ryneveld @ Frodo Crescent ,your website is also sucky cause I cant find the email address for Bolt help

I want my phone returned ASAP.
