Lost phone

Last night, I had an awful experience. Travelling from OR Tambo, I took a ride with a driver by the name Witness Dlamini. I was with a child carrying many bags, and I asked him to please get me the last bag from the back seat where we were sitting. Focusing on my child and bags, I mistakenly left my phone in his car. Immediately, when I got to my place, I asked the security guards at our gate to call my phone, and it rang. However, it was switched off when I tried calling a few minutes later. I did report this, and Bolt told me the driver says he never saw the cellphone. This does not make sense, as he was the last to check the back seats and assured me nothing else was left behind.
