Lost phone

I recently had a very bad experience with bolt.On the 25 December I left my phone on the front seat and I immediately realized and called the driver He answered the phone and promised to return the phone after his trips on the same day and he never came back to me until today .

I reported the driver from bolt on the next day and they promised to reached out to the driver and get back to me. I'm still waiting no respond their service sucks

I managed to track the driver on Facebook and we exchanged numbers , he called me back and now he is denying that he saw my phone .
