Lost parcel at Bolt

On the 15th of January 2024 I requested a Bolt ride from 399 Dr Pixley KaSeme street, Durban central at 13:51 and it dropped me to this address 41 Mkhonzeni street, uMlazi M at 14:21. The driver is Nhlonipho Khanyile, car description is Toyota Etios, number plate is NUR 43319.

Unfortunately I forgot my parcel which was a Woolworths black carrier bag which had a navy school blazer and g****s. I forgot this bag in this car when I was jumping off. I tried several times to liaise with the driver Bolt driver on the very same day but there was no answer.

I then decided to report this incident via Bolt support who asked for my contact number twice, I gave it to them n they promised that they'll give my number to the driver to call me back but nothing till today.

My challenge is that my incident has been closed by Bolt support team n I cannot write anything further to inform them that I still haven't received my parcel.

Please assist I need this parcel back especially as it has my son's school blazer. I honestly cannot afford to buy another one as I am a single mother.
