Lost my valuable and can't seem to get it back but the driver saw it.

I always use Bolt more especially now that I'm pregnant because I know I sometimes forget my belongings behind and using Bolt has always been convenient for me. On the 4th of this month December 2023 at 18:03 i left my valuable umbrella lucky enough I noticed on time then I called the driver. It is so disappointing that I haven't heard from the driver till today if where I can come pick my umbrella and when I call on their app line for the driver he doesn't pick up the call.

I tried reporting the matter through their app system or whatsoever I don't really remember that they use, but it's not helping at all. When I check on Google they don't have the number for their offices.

All I want is my umbrella that was given to me as a valuable gift for my birthday. The car was was Volkswagen silver polo, JFJ 872 EC.
