Lost my phone on bolt driver

I lost my phone on Friday after requesting bolt drive. It is unfortunately the driver left quickly and I forgot my phone. I called my phone numerous times Friday he didn't answer it. Saturday I called he answered it then he never answered it again till Sunday. The name of the driver is malatse Gordon Modise,I have a full receipt with number plate HT24GN GP. Bolt SA doesn't have head office or direct contact to inform them immediately after incident. Today it's Monday I lost my phone and bolt company doesn't respond to my email
