Lost items

I lost parcels in the ride from Maponya mall and my daughter also lost items. When I check history of my rides the last doesn't appear on the app. My daughter called the driver, he promised to bring the parcels till today. I emailed Bold but no response. I don't know if I can trust Bold. Please help.
