Lost Item using Bolt

I requested a bolt ride using my app on my phone. Driver dropped me off and I realized my phone was left in the car. I don't have my ride history as it's on my phone. Tried to contact support but had no luck. Bolt support services seem to be useless. I requested a video as the camera captured the car so hopefully I will get help.
