Lost Item Recovery

There is a driver by the name of Joshua Takaindisa, this guy is refusing to give my phone back after I forgot it in his car. He is claiming that he has not seen the phone in the car. He had no ride after he dropped me off so there was no way the phone cannot be in his car.
