I left my powerbank and iPhone cable in one of your drivers car. I contacted him he said it’s inside the car and will bring it but since then his not answering my calls anymore.

I am utterly disappointed of how he treated me can you please tell the driver to bring my items back ASAP cause I will be leaving for Cape Town!

I wrote this email complaining to them about their driver Freedom who has not even brought back my power bank. Please help!
