Urgent Matter(Lost Item): Request to Block Bright Enock as a Bolt Driver. Bolt driver refusing to return me my phone back. I would like to request the immediate blocking of Bright as a Bolt driver.

He switched off my phone on purpose, meaning he's intention was to ***** my phone. Because my phone was definitely still on when it fell off my pocket in the car. I heard something loud fell and I'm sure he heard it too because it was quite hearable. I was totally distracted and mistakenly neglected the noise because I was such in a rush to get off the car as soon as possible to go to work because I was running late. Only a few minutes after when I got off the car and by then he had already driven off, I realised my phone was not on me and I tried called with someone's elses number just a few a few minutes the trip had ended. And somehow my phone is was off when I called multiple times.

I hope that you'll ban him from Bolt for good for his unprofessional misconduct if it happens that if clearly happens that I won't get my phone back.
