Lost Item

On the 9/09/2023 I forgot my phone on bolt and I am trying several time calling in my number using other people mobile, but Bolt driver can’t pick up my mobile, My Bank card also is there back cover side of my mobile, As soon as I stopped my Bank card. But when I try to communicate with Bolt support, they reply they are not responsible for lost Item, but they try to communicate to Bolt driver, I request them share me Driver number, But they don’t share me, Till now they don’t resolved it. Very bad support system in Bolt company,
