Lost goods in Bolt drivers car who now is MIA

Good Day,

Hoping this email finds you well.

On th 12. 06.2021 my daughter ordered a bolt with you guys.

Firstly the driver was extremely ***** and kept driving the wrong direction making the girls feel uneasy.

When they eventually arrived at their stop my daughter left her bag in the car as she was so uneasy she just wanted to get out.

We contacted the driver who admitted to having the bag, he advised he will bring the bag and we would need to pay which we agreed to.

We kept contacting the driver to no success there after.

A complaint was lodged with Bolt and all that was advised was to make a case.

It was a black crocodile skin shoulder bag.The contents in the bag was my daughter prescription glasses tortousie shell square shaped, I phone charging cable, and lip gloss.

We are not worried about the small things but my glasses is the greatest concern!

How is it that Bolt allows drivers to drive customer and don't keep record of these guy's!

I'm utterly disgusted at this service someone better get back to me regarding this matter.

I have screen shot of the ride and driver.
