Lost bag from bolt guy

Hi My name is Sandisiwe Dlaminii and on 27/11/2022 the drive away and I left my bag on his car. I try stopping him and we couldn't with friends. And my ID book it's inside his car and important things on my bag. And I can't trace back because one of my friend's friend requested from Time square in Florida to Unicit luxury hotel. And I can't find his details. Please I really need help
