Lost a phone on a bolt car, and the driver doesn't want to bring it back!!!

I am very disappointed with Bolt drivers, specifically, Mneliseni who drives a Toyota etios (HR49ZF GP)!

On Saturday morning, my girlfriend's Aunt requested a ride for my girlfriend and then she lost her phone oj the car, understandably so, she ddn't request for a ride herself and the phone must have slipped through her pockets. Nonetheless we tried calling back the driver and he picked up the call and promised to bring back the phone but he will charge a ride fee, till to date he hasn't returned to us and he doesn't take our calls anymore and when we try to get hold of the lost phone, it is just ringing even today... This is very ********* of the driver and raises concerns about the safety and security of one, in the bolt ride and if also we are unable to get hold of any Bolt support team because their app doesn't friendly provide their contact details!!!

And later on, the driver will want to claim that he doesn't have the phone in his position or he never saw it, after clearly confirming when we had initially called and picked up. Hence his delays of not brining it back thus far. After we had negotiated and agreed to pay for that ride fee to bring it back!
